Houses for Rent & Sale in Kaloleni / Kilifi-Property Market.

The formal housing market in Kayafungo seems to be underdeveloped as indicated by the limited listings available for the area. A search for 4-bedroom townhouses in Kayafungo returned no results, meaning structured real estate developments might be scarce in this rural ward.

The land market has varied opportunities for investors and residents with prices way cheaper than Kilifi’s coastal areas especially for agricultural land. However the formal housing market is underdeveloped which may be an opportunity for future residential development projects.

The recent water pipeline project is a big step towards addressing the basic needs in Kayafungo and potentially improving public health and agricultural productivity. As infrastructure develops Kayafungo may see more investment and gradual improvement in socio-economic indicators over time.
